Empura EMG-48 48" Steel Griddle with 4 Burners, 120,000 BTU

The Empura EMG-48 countertop griddle features (3) steel u-shaped burnerS that each run at 30,000 BTU per hour, for a total 120,000 BTU. The burners are U-shaped, which allows for more efficient heat distribution and retention across a 48" x 22" cooking area. A stainless steel oil collector in the bottom helps to keep the unit clean, while stainless steel splash guards on the sides and front help avoid messes and spillage. The unit is manually controlled and features a stainless steel standby pilot for fast start up. This griddle boasts adjustable, heavy duty legs to help provide the ideal working height.

The Empura EMG-48 is a gas powered unit with (4) 30,000 BTU burners and a 3/4" NPT gas connection. A gas regulator is also included with this model.
