This Heavy Duty Gas Stock Pot Range has two burners, each consisting of 3 rings which can be controlled for precise heating and cooking. The Empura ESP-2 Stock Pot Range measures 18" wide by 52-3/8" deep with wide concentric burner rings and cast iron grates to fit even the largest of stockpots. With the two cool touch knobs for each burner, you can control the rings separately - one knob for the outer ring and the other control for the inner two burner rings. So you can really turn up the heat and get your stock pots cooking. The ESP-2 range itself is constructed with a stainless steel front plate to withstand the toughest commercial kitchen. The ESP-2 dual burner range comes configured for Natural Gas standard, but with the included Field Convertible Kit, you have the flexibility to switch from Natural Gas to Liquid Propane if needed.
