Empura Gas Fryers
Nothing beats the taste of deep fried food. If you have fried food on your menu, you need an Empura Gas Fryer. These floor model fryers have stainless steel fry tanks and large cold zone areas with multiple heat exchange tubes for even heat distribution. You can also adjust your oil cooking temperatures with the thermostatic controls. For safety, all Empura Gas Fryers have a high-limit shut-off feature that shuts of both the gas combination valve and the pilot. There is an overflow pipe in each fryer's insulated front door liner for additional safety.
