Gold Medal 2556 Discovery 32 Oz. Popcorn Popper Electric Countertop

This popper comes included with a perforated jet scoop, 29.6 cc measuring cup, Flavacol container, tube brush, and a 32 oz corn measuring cup. This countertop popcorn machine is perfect for a variety of applications from parks, concessions, or convenience stores to restaurants and bars, stadiums, and other large venues or events.

The 2556 is the 36" wide Discovery countertop popcorn machine from Gold Medal with a 32 oz stainless steel kettle, electronic temperature control, and a 3-stage exhaust system. The unit features a durable stainless steel welded frame, removable glass, and a LED lighted "Popcorn" sign. This popper is a Front-Counter unit with the sign on customer side.

This unit has an electronic kettle control with 2 thermocouples (TC), and it can be adjusted to set the time for the indicator signal to Dump and also set the audio volume (full-volume, half-volume, or silent with yellow indicator light only).

This popcorn machine is an electric unit that runs at 120/208 Volts, 60 Hertz, 1-phase, for 5760 Watts of power and it comes included with a 30 amp, 4 wire wall receptacle that will accept the attachment NEMA L14-30P plug on the popper. It is recommended that this unit be plugged directly into a wall outlet and connected to a dedicated and protected circuit.

This popcorn popper is proudly made in the USA and it is both NSF listed and UL listed for safety.
