The 8088E is the 35.25" wide Digital Super King Ultimate stainless steel funnel cake fryer from Gold Medal with an 85 lb oil capacity that can cook up to six 8" funnel cakes at a time. There is a ribbon heating element with digital control on this fryer and it comes with a safety drain plug. This model includes the 8087E Power Head and 101072 Tank.

There is an Emergency Stop (E-Stop) switch available on this funnel cake fryer that shuts down power to the entire unit in an emergency situation.

This fryer is an electric unit that runs at 208/240 Volts, 60 Hertz for 7000/9000 Watts of power and it uses a NEMA 6-50P plug.
