Half Door Pass-In and Pass-Through Refrigerators

Half-door refrigerator is a type of door that is split in the middle, with one portion of the door (typically the top) hinging at the top and another portion (typically the bottom) hinging at the bottom, commonly used in bars, restaurants, and cafes as a chill box for drinks, desserts, and other foods that are best served cold. They are usually manufactured from stainless steel, aluminum, or both materials. Some models have a solid front panel with a glass door, while others have all-glass doors. Half door models offer the flexibility of a French door fridge but with the added security of a door that can’t be opened. Half-door pass-through refrigerators are another option, but they allow the door to be opened. These models often come with an ice dispenser, which helps keep the freezer stocked with ice for cool drinks. Some pass-through refrigerators come with a small door that swings out and can be used as a serving window.
