The Hatco PMG-200-120-NAT Powermite Natural Gas Electric Booster Water Heater With 4.75 Gallon Tank And 6 Inch Adjustable Legs 195,000 BTU 120 Volt provides all of the necessary supply of rinse water for your commercial dishwasher at a powerful flow rate of up to 452 GPH for a 40 degree F rise, and up to 258 GPH for a 70 degree F water temperature rise.
This booster heater includes a temperature/pressure relief valve, a pressure reducing valve, 2 temperature/pressure gauges, a shock absorber, an on/off switch, and an indicator light. The stainless steel tank has a 4 3/4-gallon storage capacity and it is designed for a 150 psi maximum working pressure.
There is a low water cut-off (LWCO) feature on this unit that prevents burnout by cutting the power to the heating elements when the water level drops too low in the booster tank and resets automatically when the water level is safe. There is a finned tube copper heat exchanger on this booster heater and it comes equipped with a blended phosphate water treatment system.
This product has a stainless steel tank, front, and top panel, powder-coated sides and back, and 6" adjustable legs. It is proudly made in the USA, UL EPH Classified for ANSI/NSF 5, and the model is also CSA Design Certified, and CSA Blue Flame certified for safety.
The PMG-200-120-NAT operates on Natural Gas with a standing pilot and it has 3 tube-type burners that use a total of 195,000 BTU and it also requires an electric connection at 120 Volts, 15 Amps for 360 Watts and it requires hardwiring. The unit has 3/4" NPT gas and water connections.
