The RHW-1B-120 is the built-in single 11 qt round insulated heated food well from Hatco that comes with 1 food holding pan, a lid, and a remote control that can be used as a foodwarmer, soup kettle, Bain-Marie heater, steamer, or pasta cooker.

The RHW unit is made from durable stainless steel and it features a low-power mode for increased energy efficiency.

The fully insulated sides and bottom of this heated well keeps heat loss at a minimum and helps ensure cooler surrounding surfaces for safety.

The RHW-1B-120 built-in heated well is an electric unit that operates at 120 Volts, 60 Hertz, 1-phase and 10.4 Amps for 1250 Watts and it comes with a 56" cable from the well to the control box, and a 6 ft power cord with a NEMA 5-15P plug.

There are remote thermostatic controls on this round heated food well with 3 temperature setpoints between 122 to 212 degrees F for low, medium and high for warming, steaming and boiling.
