The Hobart AM16T-BAS-8 Tall 27 Inch Opening High Temp Sanitizing Door Style Dishwasher Single Tank 220 to 240 Volts 3 Phase features a Sense-A-Temp booster heater (70 degree F rise) that will wash up to 60 racks of dishes, glassware, or utensils per hour and it is NSF rated for pots and pans as well. This dishwasher can be installed as a straight-through or corner unit.

This Tall chamber model has a 27" door opening with a 3-sided hood that will accommodate 18" x 26" sheet pans or a 60-quart mixing bowl. The machine operates at 0.67 gallons of water per rack with X-shaped revolving, interchangeable upper and lower anti-clogging wash arms, and a 10 1/2 gallon wash tank.

There are user-friendly smart touchscreen that feature integrated diagnostics for less downtime and onboard WiFi connectivity that works with Hobart's free downloadable SmartConnect app and cloud to communicate and monitor machine status, temperature logs, error code reporting, and cost, consumption and usage analysis.

The unit has 4 timed cycles available (1, 2, 4, or 6 minutes) and it is NSF pot and pan rated for the 2, 4, and 6-minute cycles. There is a stainless steel drawn tank on this door-type commercial dishwasher and the tank shelf, chamber, trim panels, frame and feet are all stainless steel.

This product offers the lowest annual operating costs and lowest installation costs of any door-type commercial dishwasher in its class. It features a pumped rinse, pumped drain, auto-fill, and door-actuated start operation for convenience.

The dishwasher comes included with a 6 ft long hose with a 3/4" female garden hose fitting. This door-type commercial dishwasher is ENERGY STAR certified, UL listed for the United States and Canada, and NSF listed.

The AM16T-BAS-8 is an electric unit that operates at 220-240 Volts, 50 Hertz, 3-phase, and 47.7 Amps for the 7.1 kW booster and 5.4 kW electric heating unit and hardwiring is required. Hobart suggests that all plumbing and electrical connections be made by qualified personnel who will follow all of the proper plumbing, sanitary, and safety codes and guidelines.
