Description

The BDERLET-STDDOM is the Right-to-Left standard height blower-dryer accessory from Hobart designed for CLeN series warewashing machines. The blower-dryer features a 2 HP blower that provides positive forced circulation of high-velocity heated air that is provided by 3 Incoloy electric heaters (3.3 kW each, 10 kW total). It operates quietly to deliver high performance with a low noise level.

The unit includes a 33" long stainless steel chamber that is welded and bolted and a 4" x 16" vent with a locking type control damper. This product sits approximately 17 3/8" above the height of the machine. The stainless steel tank portion has 1 5/8" tube legs and lower cross-members with adjustable stainless steel feet.

There is a 1" FPT drain connection in the dryer tank and the vent connection must fit inside a 4" x 16" vent stack. Hobart suggests that all plumbing and electrical connections be made by qualified personnel who will follow all of the proper plumbing, sanitary, and safety codes and guidelines.

This accessory is UL listed for the United States and Canada and it is NSF listed. The BDERLET-STDDOM is an electric unit that operates at 600 Volts, 60 Hertz, 3-phase, and 12.6 Amps, and hardwiring is required.
