The EDGE12-11 is the Centerline Edge Series manual medium-duty meat slicer from Hobart that will cut any thickness from tissue-thin up to 9/16" with a 12" diameter polished chrome-plated carbon steel knife.
There is a 45-degree angle feed on this slicer and the carriage will accept food products up to 6" x 10" rectangular or 8" diameter round.
The slicer has a no-volt release, poly-V belt drive system, a permanent ring guard, a top-mounted ceramic stone sharpener, and a removable anodized aluminum carriage and knife cover.
The EDGE12-11 meat slicer is an electric unit that runs at 120 Volts, 60 Hertz, 1-phase, and 4.0 Amps, and it comes included with a 6 ft power cord and plug. The motor produces 1/2 HP.
