Hobart EDGE13-11 Centerline Edge Series Manual 1-Speed 1/2 HP Medium-Duty Meat Slicer With 13" Carbon Steel Knife, 120 Volts, 1-phase

The EDGE13-11 is the Centerline Edge Series manual medium-duty meat slicer from Hobart that will cut any thickness from tissue-thin up to 9/16" with a 13" diameter polished chrome-plated carbon steel knife.

The slicer has carriage and gauge interlocks, a no-volt release, poly-V belt drive system, a permanent ring guard, a top-mounted ceramic stone sharpener, and a removable anodized aluminum carriage and knife cover.

There is a 45-degree angle feed on this slicer and the carriage will accept food products up to 7" x 9 1/2" rectangular or 8 1/2" diameter round.

The EDGE13-11 meat slicer is an electric unit that runs at 120 Volts, 60 Hertz, 1-phase, and 4.0 Amps, and it comes included with a 6 ft power cord and plug. The motor produces 1/2 HP.

This slicer is both NSF listed and ETL listed in the United States and Canada.
