Hobart EDL-1 Ecoline Door Type Low Temperature Dishwasher
The Hobart EDL-1 Ecoline Door Type Low Temperature Dishwasher is a great appliance for cleaning wares with chemicals without the need for high temperatures. This unit is constructed of stainless steel. It is designed to clean 42 racks per hour, with roughly 0.9 gallons of water being used for each rack. A soft start feature is included for smoother operation. The door itself is 4-sided.
The recirculating design allows for fast water movement. A user interface features a digital temperature display. There is also a chemical visual indicator. The system also includes service diagnostics with error notifications. The automatic fill and pumped drain are useful for avoiding overloads.
Both the upper and lower anti-clogging wash & rinse arms can be snapped in for added convenience. The removable 3-part scrap screen is constructed of stainless steel. This product ships with (1) peg rack and (1) combo rack. There is a 17” pillarless door opening. Installation can be corner or straight-though. A delime cycle is included for periodic use.< p>
