The FP100-1 is the continuous feed 50-degree angled front food processor from Hobart without slicer plates or accessories (available separately) and it has a 1/2-size aluminum hopper with triple safety interlocks.

The food processor will cut up to 11 lb per minute and produce approximately 400 meals per day.

The all-aluminum hopper and housing on this food processor make cleaning easy and the anodized finish is chemical-resistant.

The FP100-1 food processor is an electric unit that runs at 120 Volts, 60 Hertz, 1-phase and 3.5 Amps for the 1/3 HP motor and it comes included with a 6 ft power cord and plug.
