The Hobart PW20-1 Split Door 20 Pan Capacity Pot Pan and Utensil Washer With Spray Wand And SenseATemp Booster Heater 208 to 240 Volts can clean up to 20 racks per hour. The unit has a 33" door opening that will hold a 140-quart mixer bowl or (20) full-size sheet pans. The washer comes included with (2) flat grids, (2) tray racks, (1) flat bottom rack, a pre-rinse spray hose that is field mountable on either side of the machine during installation, and a drain pump.

This pot/pan/utensil washer has a front-loading split-door design and it features simple 1-touch controls that include a Power button, Play/Wash button, and Time Cycle button (2, 4, or 6 minutes) with an advanced digital cycle/temperature display.

The product uses 2 revolving upper and lower anti-clogging wash arms and rinse arms and it features a vent fan control and a Sense-A-Temp booster heater that is capable of a 70 degree temperature rise. This unit is ENERGY STAR certified, UL listed for the United States and Canada, BISSC certified (Baking Industry Sanitation Standards Committee), and NSF listed.

The PW20-1 is an electric unit that operates at 208-240 Volts, 60 Hertz, 3-phase, and 58.6 Amps and it requires hardwiring. There are 3/4" water connections and a 7/8" drain connection fitting on the unit. Hobart suggests that all plumbing and electrical connections be made by qualified personnel who will follow all of the proper plumbing, sanitary, and safety codes and guidelines.
