The Hobart PW20ER-2 Advansys Ventless Split Door Pot Pan and Utensil Washer With Spray Wand Delime Pump and SenseATemp Booster Heater 480 Volts can clean up to 13 racks per hour. The washer uses 2 revolving upper and lower anti-clogging wash arms and rinse arms. It also features a delime pump and a Sense-A-Temp booster heater that is capable of a 70-degree temperature rise.

The unit has a 33" door opening that will hold a 140-quart mixer bowl or (20) full-size sheet pans. The product comes included with (2) flat grid, (2) tray rack, (1) flat bottom rack, a pre-rinse spray hose that is field mountable on either side of the machine during installation, and a drain pump.

This model has a front-loading split-door design and it features simple 1-touch controls that include a Power button, Play/Wash button, and Time Cycle button (2, 4, or 6 minutes) with an advanced digital cycle/temperature display.

The Advansys energy recovery system can save up to $1,500 a year in energy costs as well as saving the cost of a vent hood installation. The Advansys system captures water vapor from the wash and rinse cycles instead of venting it and condenses that steam while it is still in the wash chamber to pre-heat incoming cold water for the final rinse cycle.

The PW20ER-1 is an electric unit that operates at 480 Volts, 60 Hertz, 3-phase, and 35.0 Amps and it requires hardwiring. There are 3/4" water connections and a 7/8" drain connection fitting on the unit. Hobart suggests that all plumbing and electrical connections be made by qualified personnel who will follow all of the proper plumbing, sanitary, and safety codes and guidelines.
