John Boos
Beginning 125 years ago, John Boos & Co. started providing quality products to the foodservice industry with its first butcher block made from sycamore. Expanding to meet the needs of customers, John Boos & Co added worktables and table tops, then integrating their butcher block tops with these mainstays of commercial kitchens. By the end of the 20th century, their stainless steel fabrication further encompassed sinks, dishtables, shelving and other essential stainless steel kitchen amenities. Remember their early motto, "Whenever steel meets wood, Boos is Best!" when you browse their cutting boards, counter tops, work tables and so much more.
