The John Boos FTSG-1224 is a rectangular floor trough. This model is constructed from 14 gauge type 300 stainless steel and features subway style stainless steel grating. The drain pan is 4" deep, all-welded, and has a built-in pitch. The pan can accommodate up to a 4" diameter pipe. There is also a removable perforated drain basket included.
