The John Boos GT-20 is a grease interceptor. This model is constructed from 1/8" thick carbon steel, and has a grease capacity of 20 pounds. The unit has a 10 gallon per minute flow rate with a 2" inlet/outlet. A T-Vent is included and the baffle is removable. There is a no-skid cover which is easily removable. The trap is integrated and there is a vented inlet flow control device. This model is also PDI certified.
