Master-Bilt DC-4DSE Stainless Steel 7.6 Cu. Ft. Ice Cream Dipping Cabinet

The DC-4DSE is a 30-5/8" wide, insulated ice cream dipping cabinet from Master-Bilt with a self-contained refrigeration system that has 7.6 cubic feet of space that can display (5) 3 gallon cans and store (2) 3 gallon cans. The walls of this insulated ice cream dipping cabinet are insulated with foamed-in-place zero ODP polyurethane insulation.

This insulated ice cream dipping cabinet features a stainless steel exterior, galvanized steel interior, and a stainless steel top.

Anti-condensate heaters under the top lid reduce condensation in high temperature environments.

A cold-wall evaporator on this insulated ice cream dipping cabinet keeps the compartment temperature range between 10 to -10 degrees F.

The cold wall evaporator is wrapped around the outside of the inner compartment, which creates even temperature throughout the cabinet. This cold wall improves the quality of the ice cream and reduces "shrink", since there is no air blowing across the top of open ice cream tubs.

The DC-4DSE insulated ice cream dipping cabinet is an electric unit that runs on 115 Volts, 60 Hz, 1-phase and 2.7 Amps for 1/4 HP and it has a 9 ft power cord with a NEMA 5-15P plug.
