Description

The Matfer Bourgeat 165019MC is a master case with 6 rolls of 100 standard pastry bags that are 18" long and made from multi-layer polyethylene, shaped to allow for maximum filling while still able to twist closed. These pastry bags are able to handle warm fillings up to 158 degrees F. The bags have a slick interior for easy filling and dispensing, while the exterior is rubberized for an improved grip. The pastry bags are also conveniently disposable so no clean up is necessary.
