The Matfer 423060 is a cold plate used to easily shape decorations such as home-made meshes, nests, or ribbons that can be added to chocolates and desserts. Featuring a stainless steel surface which contains a eutectic liquid that freezes at -6 degrees Fahrenheit, tempered chocolate undergoes heat shock and immediately cools into an original shape. In addition, this item includes non-slip feet and can be stored inside most chilling cabinets.
