The M12611 is a 2-piece Thai fruit carving knife set from Mercer Culinary with (1) 2" and (1) 2 1/2" knives. A sharp blade point on each knife enables you to create intricate shapes and precise cuts, while the semi-flexible blade offers greater maneuverability.

These knives have high carbon Japanese stainless steel blades and textured polypropylene handles. The knife set is NSF listed and it is hand wash only.
