The M14412 is a 12" ceramic honing knife sharpener from Mercer Culinary with an ergonomic black nylon handle and a hanging ring for easy storage. The ceramic blade is comparable to diamond coated blades and has extreme hardness to lightly hone a knife's edge.

This honing knife sharpener uses high performance ceramic that aligns the knife edge as it hones and it features a hand guard for safety. The knife sharpener is hand wash only.
