The M23720 is a Renaissance 11" slicer knife from Mercer Culinary with a granton edge and an ergonomically designed Delrin handle. The blade of this slicer knife is stamped, high carbon stainless steel. The granton edge provides easy slicing through bread or tough melon rinds by creating small air spaces between the product and the knife.

The slicer knife is hand wash only and it is NSF listed.
