This mobile and portable end load wire bun pan rack from Metro features a food grade polyethylene cutting board/work surface on top. There is a Super Erecta Brite finish with Metrolac protective coating on the slides, frame, and posts of this portable end load wire bun pan rack. The Brite finish is a single layer of clear chromate zinc plating and Metrolac is an organic lacquer top coat.
