Peerless 2348P Natural Gas Multideck Pizza Oven - 96,000 BTU

The 2348P is a Deck-Type Pizza Oven from Peerless Ovens that runs on Natural Gas. This oven features a capacity of (16) 16” pizzas. The interior is constructed of 20-gauge aluminized steel, while the front and shelves are made of stainless steel. The exterior features a black enamel finish. This 4-deck oven can be easily serviced, and all controls are replaceable from the front. The unit is efficiently designed to save floor space.

There are (4) steel tubular burners which supply 96,000 BTUs for a fast recovery rate. A modern safety pilot and thermometer are included. The thermostat offers a range of 300°–650°, while the unique interior design creates even heat distribution. The on/off valve comes separate. Each deck features adjustable dampers. The legs are also adjustable.
