The SS-611 is a 48.3" tall Economy Series waste cooking oil carrier from Shortening Shuttle® with a 9 gallon (68 lb) capacity. This waste cooking oil carrier works with a 11 1/2" minimum fryer drain height and a 40 1/2" maximum waste container height.

The waste cooking oil carrier has a heavy duty 0.10 thick aluminum construction with double walled seams and it features a perforated baffle screen that with catch debris and prevent splashing.

There are polycarbonate handles at both ends of this waste cooking oil carrier that reduce heat transfer.
