The 4601AA-3GL_NAT gas range boasts stainless steel construction for its shelf, sides, and front. The cooking surface employs cast iron grates that can handle any type of pan or pot, and the burners host a non-clog design that allows for the constant and consistent flow of gas. There is a standing pilot that makes igniting the oven easier, as well as a shut-off valve located in the front of the appliance near the burner control knobs. The two convection ovens and their motors are built for high efficiency baking and roasting, with a split phase motor and overload protection. The door is spring-balanced, so it will stay open.
