he Southbend BGS/12SC B Series Gas Convection Oven uses stainless steel for its front, sides, top, and door. The cabinet is lined with porcelain, protecting the interior walls from potential damage from pans being pushed up against them, as well as making the inside easy to clean. The doors, which are dependent, are also constructed out of stainless steel and have windows that are made with low emission glass, helping to keep the heat inside, as well as allowing the operator to monitor the cooking progress of whatever is being prepared without releasing heat from the oven. This model also features a handle that stays cool to the touch, for increased operator safety. The control panel sits to the right of the oven.
