This griddle is a manual model that comes equipped with a non-stick plate, reinforced insulated double walls, and a large capacity grease drawer. Featuring an exclusive “No Cold” Zone, it also provides uniform heat distribution across the surface for highly versatile cooking.

Constructed of polished stainless steel and aluminized steel, this ensures solid performance and easy cleaning for longterm use. Splash guards are included to assist in keeping areas cleaner while cooking and as a safety precaution against potential burns. In addition, an electronic spark ignition heats up the griddle to high temperatures quickly to start cooking immediately.
