Southbend P36-NFR_LP Platinum Series 36” Liquid Propane Salamander Broiler With 4 Infrared Burners - 40,000 BTU
The P36-NFR_LP is a liquid propane salamander broiler that is part of the Platinum Series from Southbend. With infrared burners producing a high heat output, it can achieve broiling temperatures used to cook foods thoroughly. Featuring an “Easy Track” broiler rack, the platform can be raised or lowered for optimum broiling applications.
Constructed of polished stainless steel and bright anneal, this ensures solid performance and easy cleaning for repeated use. A heavy-duty, reinforced flue riser and air insulated shield are located on the bottom of the broiler to protect it from heat generated on the range top. In addition, independent dual valve controls operate left and right burner fields and adjust the gas flow with three position temperature settings.
