Description

The Southbend P36C-XX_LP 36" Platinum Open Top Pyromax Sectional Range delivers the heat and is perfect for any fast paced kitchen. This unit is built with four signature Pyromax 45,000 BTU patented clog-free burners with removable welded steel top grates. Included as standard on this stainless steel unit is a 9-1/4" deep front rail, removable drip tray and a 5" high stainless steel flue riser. This unit also comes with a fully insulated lining and burner box as well as a 1-1/4" front gas manifold and a 1" rear gas connection with a male NPT connector. If the unit happens to be placed at the end of a battery, the end side will be solid. The cabinet base of this range is installed with two removable doors that open from the center.
