Description

The Southbend S24E_NAT gas range boasts stainless steel construction for its shelf, sides, and front. The cooking surface employs cast iron grates that can handle any type of pan or pot, and the U-shaped heavy duty oven burner hosts a non-clog design that allows for the constant and consistent flow of gas, while a flame failure system ensures safe operation. A crumb drawer helps to catch crumbs. The door is spring-balanced, so it will stay open. This is a Space Saver model, with a cabinet lined with porcelain that protects against corrosion. It is big enough to fit full-sized sheet pans either length-wise or width-wise. Metal control knobs with a snap-action thermostat for the oven.
