The 214HX is an electric conveyor oven from Star. There are high-power quartz infrared elements on this oven above and below the belt to provide precise and even heating. The forced convection system on this conveyor oven circulates preheated air into the chamber and helps to increase productivity. This Miniveyor countertop conveyor oven is 14" high x 36.4" wide x 19.4" deep with inlet/exit openings that are adjustable 1 1/2" - 3" high, and a 14" wide left-to-right belt that can cook up to (31) 9" pizzas per hour.

The 214HX is perfect for cooking everything from fresh pizza to sub sandwiches or cookies in a countertop unit that preserves space. This product is made in the USA, UL EPH Classified to Environmental and Public Health Standards, and UL listed for the United States and Canada for safety. There are simple analog controls for the conveyor belt speed control, and independent controls for the top and bottom quartz sheathed heater elements.

The motor is permanently lubricated with long-lasting Teflon bearings. The unit stands firmly on 2 1/2" adjustable legs and it comes with a removable crumb tray.
