Star 70SSA 230 Hot Dog Capacity Hot Dog & Bun Steamer - 120V

The 70SSA is a Hot Dog Steamer from Star with a Juice Tray. This model has side-by-side chambers for both hot dogs and buns. This steamer is constructed of corrosion resistant stainless steel. A pull-down tempered glass door provides easy access to both hot dogs and buns. The stainless steel water pan has a capacity of (14) quarts and includes a front drain valve. The powerful tubular element allows for faster heating, as well as temperature and humidity (particularly for the buns) control. Temperature is also directly controlled by an adjustable thermostat. The hot dog compartment includes a shelf for added sectional control. The electrical specs are 120 volts and 800 watts. The unit is UL approved and made in the USA.
