The 501FF is a Star Max Electric Hot Plate from Star. This 1-burner hot plate features infinite controls and a pilot light. The main body is constructed of aluminized steel, while the top and front bullnose are made of stainless steel. The legs measure at 2-1/2" tall. Each burner features independent temperature controls. French top is sealed for faster and even heating. This unit is reinforced to keep heat in the oven and out of the workzone.
