Star PST14E Pro-Max 2.0® Sandwich Grill 14.5" W X 14.2"D Smooth Aluminum Cooking Surface

The Star PST14E panini press has smooth aluminum plates that are lighter than cast iron and stainless steel alternatives to support increased heating times. They do not leave grill marks in the food like grooved plates, but they can be cleaned more quickly. A 3" opening between the plates accommodates thick products, and when the top plate is lifted and lowered repeatedly, the heavy-duty hinge system will not break. Featuring a timer to help users keep up with toasting time, this unit has electronic controls that enable staff to set and monitor the temperature.
