The Y-1-SS is the 1-chamber 30" wide stock pot / wok range from Town Food Service Equipment with a Chinese swing faucet and no flue.

This stock pot range features fiber ceramic insulation, a water cooled top, and a solid brass knee "L" lever control valve that provides precise temperature control and it is rated for high temperature operation. This York wok stock pot range features a stainless steel deck and sides and the unit stands firmly on tubular stainless legs with adjustable feet.

The Y-1-SS York wok stock pot range operates on Natural Gas with a 1 1/4" NPT gas connection in the rear and it comes included with a pressure regulator.

This York wok stock pot range is NSF and ETL certified for NSF4/ANSI-4 sanitation standards for commercial cooking equipment and it is ETL certified to ANSI Z83.11 standards for gas foodservice equipment.
