Dipping Cabinets are ideal for holding ice cream at frozen temperatures but keeping it ready for scooping and serving. True Dipping Cabinets are manufactured using cold wall technology to maintain a cold compartment even on hot summer days. This results in frozen ice cream products without freezer burn.

True's dipping cabinets are available with either a flat glass front or a curved glass front. Both styles are available in several widths. Ice cream containers are held in place at the bottom of the compartment by plastic skirts, which come with the unit. Frost shields are also included on the inner walls of the cabinet to allow easy removal of frost build-up.
