A True dual temperature refrigeration model offers two compartments with different temperature zones, all inside one equipment cabinet. The refrigerated compartment is like any other True refrigerator, holding a 33 to 38 degree Fahrenheit temperature range. The freezer compartment holds at -10 degrees Fahrenheit just as all True freezers do.

Dual temperature models have slight variations on compressor locations. Some are top mounted and others are bottom mounted. The other variation in True's dual temp units is the configuration of the refrigerator and freezer compartments. On the one section - two compartment models, the refrigerator is the top compartment. On the two section units, the refrigerated compartment is always on the left side.
