This unit has stainless steel drawers with heavy duty slides and rollers and an 11-3/4 removable cutting board. The entire cabinet structure and drawers are foamed-in-place using a high density polyurethane insulation. In addition, stainless steel is used for the interior that has an aluminum liner and exterior which includes corrosion resistant GalFan coated steel back.
