Turbo Air Radiance Deck Ovens

Turbo Air Radiance Deck Ovens are electric deck ovens that use an even heat distribution and retention system to help ensure even cooking and appearance of bread and other food products. With a Turbo Air Radiance deck oven, each deck has a top and bottom heating element with individual temperature control. Models are available in several widths with differing baking capacities, so some units can accommodate up to four full-size baking trays per deck. A Turbo Air Radiance deck oven is ideal for baking a variety of different bread types including cakes, pastries, and other hard breads/baked goods.

These Radiance deck ovens utilize a microprocessor's step-by-step control method that allows for heating from zero to one hundred percent, giving the operator precision temperature control. Each oven has a user friendly display and time controls that use arrow buttons to create a simple operation process. Each oven deck also has a see-through door window so the operator can continually observe and monitor the baking process.

The oven unit has a single electrical connection that powers all of the decks. Once the Turbo Air unit is plugged in, each deck has a temperature overheat protection sensor that kicks on to prevent inadvertent burns and possible damage do to excessive equipment temperatures.

Each Radiance unit is thoughtfully designed with well-rounded corners for the benefit and safety of bread bakers and chefs. Adjustable legs, combined with casters, make it easy to move, position, level and service the Turbo Air Radiance deck ovens.
