Description

The RBDO-23 is a Radiance electric deck oven from Turbo Air with 3 decks with see-thru windows that each hold 2 European pan size (16" x 24") trays. There are temperature controls on the top and bottom heating element on each deck of the oven to enable even and precise temperature control.

There is a microprocessor heating control on the Radiance electric deck oven and it features an overheat protection sensor. The Radiance electric deck oven has adjustable legs and casters.

The RBDO-23 Radiance deck oven is an electric unit that operates at 220 Volts, 60 Hz, 3-phase and 34 Amps for 13 kW of power. This deck oven is ETL Sanitation listed, and ETL listed.
