The BULLET is the countertop 23" tall x 21.17" wide ventless rapid cook air impingement convection / microwave oven from TurboChef with durable capacitive touch screen controls and a fully welded and insulated 6" high x 15.5" wide x 14.5" deep (0.78 cubic ft) cook chamber that offers high-speed air impingement, a bottom browning element, and side-launched microwave to cook food quickly.

This air impingement convection / microwave oven features an integral recirculating catalytic converter for ventless operation. There is top-launched RF microwave energy in this oven and it includes a stirrer to help maintain the even distribution of air and RF energy throughout the cabinet.

This countertop oven is stackable with other units with the use of stacking accessories that are available separately. This rapid cook air impingement convection / microwave oven also comes included with 2 solid PTFE baskets, 1 aluminum paddle, 1 baking stone, 2 trigger sprayers, 1 bottle of oven cleaner, and 1 bottle of oven guard.

This oven stands firmly on 4" adjustable legs and it has durable stainless steel on the front, top and sides with side hand grips. This oven features smart voltage sensor technology, a digital display, removable rack and grease collection pan, bottom jet plate, and a pull-down door with an ergonomic handle, and it has a built-in self-diagnostic system for monitoring oven components.

The BULLET rapid cook air impingement convection / microwave oven is an electric unit that operates at 208-240 Volts, 60 Hertz, 1-phase, and 30 Amps with a maximum of 3.5 kW of power and it comes with a 6 ft power cord with a NEMA 6-30P plug.

This rapid cook panini press / microwave oven is UL listed, CE marked, UL EPH Classified to ANSI/NSF #4 standards, and TUV certified for safety, and it is UL KNLZ approved to EPA 202 standards for operation without a ventilation hood. This oven can be installed without the aid of a Type I or Type II hood when following TurboChef installation and usage recommendations.

There is a Smart menu system on this rapid cook oven that stores up to 256 unique recipe settings and customizable menu settings are available via manual entry, USB, or through WiFi services such as the Middleby Connect system that can help you develop recipes, update your oven settings, interpret oven data, and more.
