The El Bandido is an Electric Rapid Cook Panini Press Oven from TurboChef. This countertop oven features an externally actuated panini press mechanism, as well as upper and lower griddle press plates. Despite these features, it can also rapidly cook non-pressed foods. The press plates are constructed of anodized aluminum. The exterior of the oven itself is constructed of black die cast aluminum with matte steel accents, while the interior is made of 201/304 stainless steel. Independently-controlled dual motors vertically circulate air impingement. The exterior is cool-to-the-touch, all surfaces are designed to stay under 131°F. There is a built-in self-diagnostic system, which will help monitor the oven. Also included is a stirrer which will help to even out air distribution.

The El Bandido is designed to be stackable, though a stacking kit will be required. There is a smart menu, which can store a large amount of recipes. With Wi-Fi, this product is compatible with TurboChef Connect. A helpful LED timer counts down the last 30 seconds. There is also the option for single or dual temperature interface.
