The TurboChef FIRE is the 19.01" wide countertop stainless steel electric convection pizza oven from TurboChef with independently controlled top and bottom convection heat and features an integral catalytic converter for ventless operation.

The oven interior is 14.75” wide x 14.75” deep that will cook artisan and traditional style pizzas up to 14” diameter. The FIRE operates at temperatures up to 842 degrees F with electronic temperature controls and it has 6 preset timers.

The FIRE by TurboChef standard color is a powder-coated Traffic Red with a corrosion-resistant steel outer wrap and door that is all 430 stainless steel and the unit comes with 1” legs. The interior of this oven is also 430 stainless steel and it is double-wall insulated.

The FIRE convection pizza oven is an electric unit that operates at 208-240 Volts, 50-60 Hertz, 1-phase, and 18.0 to 20.0 Amps for a total of 3700/4800 Watts of power, and it comes with a 6 ft power cord with a NEMA 6-30P plug.

There is 1 stainless steel paddle and 2 Aluminum 14” pizza screens that come included with this pizza oven. This convection pizza oven is UL listed for safety, and it is UL EPH Classified.
