Vollrath 20038 Super Pan V Full Size Stainless Steel Wire Grate for Bun / Sheet Pan

The 20038 is a 24" x 16-1/2", full size Super Pan V stainless steel wire grate from Vollrath for bun pans or steam table pans, the only full stainless steel grate in the industry. The wire grate can also be used as a roasting, cooling, icing, display or drying rack.

The wire grate is made with heavy-duty, 300 series 18-8 stainless steel and there is plenty of finger room between grates to make it easy to remove from the bun pan or steam table pan.

This wire grate is oven safe.
