Vollrath 36441R Standard 2-Pan Drop-In Remote Compressor Refrigerated Cold Pan

The 36441R is the standard drop-in top-mount remote-refrigerated cold pan that will hold up to 2 full size 12" x 20" pans and it has a 3/8" overhang on all sides. This cold pan has a 18/304 stainless steel interior and an 18-gauge galvanized exterior.

These cold pans are designed to be refrigerated by a remote compressor that is not provided and the well on this unit is supplied with a factory-installed copper tube for a customer-supplied capillary thermostat.

There is a drip-free flange on this cold pan and it is fully insulated with high-density polyurethane foam insulation that helps maintain cold temperatures.

This drop-in top-mount cold pan is proudly made in the USA, and it is UL listed in the United States and Canada and NSF listed for safety.

This cold pan features an 8-inch depth to hold your food pans and large amounts of ice. There is a 1" integral center drain on this cold pan.
