The 38102 is the ServeWell series stainless steel hot food table with 2 wells (700 Watts each), an open base with a stainless steel undershelf, cast-in dome heating elements, a 7 1/2" wide plate shelf, and an 8" wide x 3/8" thick poly cutting board that makes it perfect for any buffet or serving area. The wells on this hot food table will not rust or pit.

The food wells on the steam table feature self-insulating thermoset fiber-reinforced resin walls with brass drain valves and there are individual capillary tube thermostatic controls on each well. The thermostatic controls ensure temperature accuracy and will adjust automatically for water temperature and food volume changes.

The 20-gauge stainless steel table and 16-gauge stainless steel adjustable legs on this hot food table are strong, durable and long-lasting. The unit is proudly made in the USA, UL listed in Canada and the United States, and NSF listed for safety.

This hot food table is an electric unit that runs at 120 Volts, 60 Hertz, 1-phase, and 11.7 Amps for 1400 Watts (700 Watts per well) and it comes included with a 10 ft bottom-mounted power cord with a NEMA 5-15P plug.

There is a low-water indicator light on this hot food table and the wide no-drip lips on the wells help keep surfaces dry.
